Retail Property Manager

Direct Hire;$60,000-$80,000 plus 1-5% bonus

Qualifications Required

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Property Management
2. Active Florida Real Estate License as of your start date with the company.
3. Reliable transportation for traveling to client sites
4. Clean driving record and responsible driver
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Experience with Yardi

Duties to include, but not limited to:

1. Monthly Property inspections
2. Collecting rent
3. Monthly reports, including financial accountability
4. Manage all tenant and vendor communications
5. Manage owner communications, including monthly conference calls
6. Tenant retention oversight
7. Tenant documentation management
8. Lease administration, enforcement and compliance, including working knowledge of the following: Defaults, Certificates of Insurance and Gross Sales
9. Accounting coordination including a working knowledge of the following: Defaults, Rent ups, Annual Reconciliations. Budgets, AR/AP Coding and Approval, Collections, Cash Management and Property Tax Appeals
