🛠 What You'll Do:

• Support the Property Manager in all daily operations
• Work closely with prospective and current residents to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Oversee leasing efforts, conduct tours, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Process applications, renewals, recertifications, and compliance paperwork
• Manage collections, post rent, handle move-ins/move-outs, and follow up on delinquencies
• Coordinate community events and help drive resident retention
• Help achieve occupancy, compliance, and revenue goals

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property management
• Hands-on experience with LIHTC / Tax Credit programs – REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Yardi or other industry software
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Conflict resolution and tenant communication experience
• Dependable transportation and a reliable, professional work ethic
• A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to step in where needed
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for helping others
