UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer – On-site in Baltimore, MD

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong front-end development skills to support user-centered design efforts for web applications. This role requires working onsite 5 days per week and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years in UX design and user research
• 3+ years in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); Angular or React preferred
• Skilled in documenting user needs, presenting to stakeholders, and creating prototypes
• Experience with tools like Axure, Figma, Git, and design systems
• Familiar with modern build tools and design tokens
• Must provide a digital design portfolio

Preferred:

• Experience with StencilJS, Pega, ServiceNow
• Familiarity with usability testing and Section 508 compliance
• Agile/Scrum background
• UX certifications (e.g., NN/g, General Assembly)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience
