Role Summary

As the dedicated solution architect for the Client Journey, this role leads the design of target state architecture, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and delivery channel architects. The architect ensures solutions are technically sound, practical, and aligned with enterprise standards—balancing innovation with delivery realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define scalable, strategic architecture. Support project delivery from concept through development, mentoring teams throughout.
• Technology Analysis: Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure alignment with EA strategy, minimize technical debt, and promote architectural consistency.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work cross-functionally to align business goals with technology direction. Document and communicate architectural decisions, ensuring adoption across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on design/implementation experience across two or more areas: application development, APIs, cloud, networking, infrastructure, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to advise teams on balancing speed and architecture
