Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Now Hiring: Groundskeepers / Porters

No experience necessary—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for individuals with an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of grounds and common areas
• Pick up debris and trash
• Change light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures
• Assist with light maintenance, including touch-ups in stairwells, breezeways, and hallways
• Deliver community notices and office correspondence to residents
• Move large items (such as appliances or furniture) when needed
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as assigned
• Perform general tasks such as painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing

Requirements:

• Dependable transportation
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player who takes direction well
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Friendly and professional attitude
