Pressure Washing Technician (Temp to Perm)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $15–$16 per hour

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring for a Pressure Washing Technician to join a fast-paced and professional team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full-time hours and consistent weekly pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pressure washing various surfaces around the community
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Working at heights using ladders
• Lifting and transporting items weighing 50+ lbs
• Supporting the maintenance team with special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with other property maintenance tasks when needed
