Maintenance Technician – Property Management

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with HVAC certification and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Replace or repair locks, light fixtures, and appliances
• Interior/exterior painting, drywall patching, and caulking
• Maintain community cleanliness: pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, especially standing pilot furnace systems

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC certification (REQUIRED)
• EPA certification (REQUIRED)
• CPO license preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and a customer-service mindset
• Basic hand tools required; power tools a plus!
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation and willingness to travel to the job site
