Location: Concord, NC

Pay Range: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)

If you have a background in construction, renovation, or maintenance — this is your chance to put those skills to work in a rewarding multifamily environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of service requests, including HVAC work.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to and resolve daily apartment maintenance requests
• Perform light plumbing and electrical work
• Install and repair appliances
• Replace locks, light fixtures, and hardware
• Handle interior/exterior painting, caulking, and drywall repairs
• Maintain grounds with pressure washing, leaf blowing, and other upkeep duties

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (HVAC) – Required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License – Preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to support your team
• Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
