Job Title: Telecom Lease Administrator

Location: Remote - flexible hours - must be able to work in Pacific Time Zone

Job Type: Part Time - Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Telecom Lease Administrator to manage and oversee telecom lease agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimizing lease performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, lease terms, and real estate documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, abstract, and maintain telecom lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Track critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, escalations, etc.) and ensure timely action.
  • Liaise with landlords, property owners, and internal teams regarding lease terms and site access.
  • Manage databases or lease administration software to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reconcile rent payments, utility invoices, and ensure accuracy of billing.
  • Assist in the negotiation of lease renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and network teams to support ongoing site development and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports and summaries for management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in lease administration, preferably in the telecom or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lease terms, legal terminology, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and lease management software (e.g., CoStar, Lucernex, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cell tower leases, rooftop agreements, and easements.
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations and telecom site development processes.
