Bilingual Community Manager – 320-Unit Property | $70,000–$80,000 | Dallas, TX

Are you an experienced Community Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Do you speak both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and teams alike? If so, we’d love to meet you!

Lead daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial management

Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure top-tier service and smooth operations

Oversee leasing strategies and support the leasing team through training and performance coaching

Manage resident delinquencies, collections, and eviction processes with fairness and professionalism

Conduct property tours, close leases, and build strong relationships with residents and prospects

Maintain full compliance with fair housing and other regulatory standards

Partner with regional and corporate teams to share insights and drive performance

Promote the community through online marketing, outreach efforts, and resident events

Provide leadership that reflects company values and commitment to excellence

3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager in the multifamily industry

Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)

Proven leadership skills and a passion for team development

Experience with budgeting, A/P and A/R, and property financials

Familiarity with fair housing laws and multifamily compliance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of organization and attention to detail

Tech-savvy; experience with AppFolio is a plus

Social media savvy with the ability to support leasing through digital platforms

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (as needed)

Sundays: Closed

Schedule may vary based on community needs and events

Ability to walk property grounds and climb stairs (up to four flights)

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Periods of sitting, standing, or walking required

Competitive Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + bonuses
