Now Hiring: Make-Ready / Punch Technicians ($18/hr) & Porter/Groundskeepers ($15/hr)

Whether you’re experienced with tools or just getting started in maintenance, we have a position that fits your skill set.

Make-Ready / Punch Technician Duties:

• Trash out recently vacated apartments
• Change/repair bulbs, filters, locks
• Install appliances and general punch work
• Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repair
• Ensure apartments are inspection-ready for new residents

Make-Ready Requirements:

• Dependable transportation
• Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Customer-service oriented

Porter / Groundskeeper Duties:

• Maintain clean common areas including breezeways and parking lots
• Pressure washing and leaf blowing
• Pick up grounds and maintain curb appeal
• Assist the maintenance team as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the office

Porter Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and take initiative
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
