• Property Manager – Starting at $29/hr

• Leasing Consultant – Starting at $24/hr

Assignment Length: 6 Weeks | Start Date: ASAP

We are currently hiring for both a Property Manager and Leasing Consultant for a 6-week assignment in San Angelo, TX. If you have HUD/LIHTC experience, customer service skills, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

PROPERTY MANAGER – Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the community
• Manage leasing, marketing, renewals, and resident retention
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs
• Complete monthly reports and financials
• Supervise onsite team and vendor relations
• Handle move-ins, move-outs, and evictions as needed
• Maintain occupancy and budget goals

Requirements:

• Onsite multifamily property management experience
• LIHTC and/or HUD program experience preferred
• Familiarity with software such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon
• Fair Housing knowledge required
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable transportation

LEASING CONSULTANT – Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms
• Process applications and assist with move-ins
• Maintain high occupancy through renewals and new leases
• Support the property manager with resident relations and office duties

Requirements:

• Leasing experience in multifamily preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Dependable and eager to learn
