Administrative Coordinator – $50,000/year


📍 Location: Northampton, MA | 🕘 Full-Time | 💼 On-site


Join a growing property management team as an Administrative Coordinator supporting daily office operations and team collaboration. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.


💡 What You'll Do:

  • Manage office organization, supplies, equipment, and document filing
  • Handle rent collections and deposits (target: 100% collections)
  • Track insurance certificates and resident communications
  • Coordinate monthly safety meetings and log training completion
  • Assist with vendor contracts, inspections, and work orders
  • Support the Business Manager with budgeting, reporting, marketing, and resident events
  • Be the go-to liaison for internal departments and external vendors

🧰 What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience (3+ in a responsible, coordination role)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a team-player attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
