What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing and processing applicant/resident files to ensure full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and/or other affordable housing programs
• Conducting internal file audits and assisting with external agency reviews
• Supporting property teams with compliance training and guidance
• Monitoring recertification and compliance deadlines
• Accurately maintaining documentation and compliance logs

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 required)

✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

✔ Ability to communicate clearly and work independently

✔ Knowledge of compliance software (RealPage, Yardi, OneSite, etc.) is a plus

✔ Passion for housing stability and program integrity
