We are seeking an Occupancy Compliance Manager to oversee compliance, resident certifications, and occupancy processes across multiple properties. This role ensures full regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, ADA, and Section 504 requirements while supporting on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage master calendars and property-specific matrices to track occupancy deadlines and subsidy program requirements
• Conduct periodic reviews of tenant files, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues
• Oversee tenant certifications and assist Resident Managers with program compliance
• Create, maintain, and distribute standard occupancy forms for all programs
• Ensure adherence to waiting list and move-in procedures, including applicant screening, certifications, and orientations
• Manage rent-ups and ensure compliance with Resident Selection Criteria, Fair Marketing Plans, ADA, and Section 504 policies
• Serve as liaison with PHAs, HUD, TCAC, auditors, and compliance inspectors
• Attend industry meetings and training; incorporate updates into policy and practice
• Provide technical support for monthly billings and reports
• Monitor timely completion of move-out processes

Qualifications:

• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, ADA, and Section 504 regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience preferred
