We’re seeking a detail-oriented, compliance-savvy Assistant or Leasing Consultant to support affordable housing communities on a part-time basis.

🏢 Your Role May Include:

• Assisting with leasing activities, renewals, and resident communications

• Helping complete annual and interim recertifications
• Providing top-tier customer service to prospective and current residents
• Collaborating with site staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Staying current on Fair Housing and LIHTC guidelines

✅ Requirements:

• Experience with LIHTC, Tax Credit, or Section 8 housing is required
• Previous experience in leasing, property assistant, or affordable housing support role
• Familiarity with OneSite, Yardi, or other property management systems (a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
