What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and closing leases
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain guest cards
• Process applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently
• Support resident retention through exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with the property team to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals
• Assist with community events, front office duties, and light marketing as needed 🏡

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of apartment leasing or sales/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people
