Position Details

• Pay Range: $22–$24/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly pay with consistent scheduling
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire options available
• May be eligible for paid sick leave and/or PTO (based on local/state laws)

Role Summary

You’ll be responsible for touring apartment homes, qualifying applicants, processing files, and ensuring full compliance with affordable housing programs. This includes assisting in tax credit, HUD, and/or bond compliance as needed while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to qualified prospects
• Accurately process applications, certifications, and lease agreements
• Ensure all Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, or bond documentation meets program standards
• Answer resident inquiries and resolve service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance reporting
• Support the Property Manager with audits and regulatory inspections
• Assist with resident events, renewals, and retention strategies
• General administrative and front-desk duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of multifamily leasing experience
• MUST have active experience with LIHTC, HUD, or other Affordable Housing programs
• Proficiency in industry software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Attention to detail, excellent documentation habits, and follow-through
• Professional communication skills and a resident-first mindset
• Dependable transportation and punctual work ethic 🚗
