As a Leasing Manager, you’ll be a key leader on-site—overseeing leasing activity, driving occupancy, mentoring the leasing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

🏢 Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead leasing team and drive occupancy goals
• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Maintain organized records and complete leasing paperwork accurately
• Implement marketing strategies and participate in outreach
• Assist with community events and resident retention initiatives
• Handle customer service requests and maintain positive resident relationships
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in leasing preferred
• Knowledge of industry software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fair Housing Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable transportation
• A strong work ethic and ability to multitask
