🎯 Available Roles:


🏡 Leasing Consultant

Pay Range: $23–$24/hr

Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and love engaging with people? Do you have a knack for sales and customer service? We're looking for a Leasing Consultant with strong attention to detail and a desire to help future residents feel at home.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and tour prospective residents
  • Lease available apartments and handle all leasing paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
  • Submit maintenance requests and support community functions
  • Assist with marketing efforts and resident retention activities
  • Answer phones, file paperwork, and perform basic admin duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
  • Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Fair Housing knowledge is required
  • Strong work ethic, team player attitude, and professionalism

🧾 Assistant Property Manager

Pay Range: $25–$26/hr

Looking to grow into leadership? We’re seeking an Assistant Property Manager who can help support community operations, manage resident relations, and hit leasing and occupancy goals.

Duties Include:

  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations
  • Process lease applications and rent payments
  • Handle delinquencies and eviction procedures
  • Conduct apartment tours and secure new leases
  • Resolve resident concerns and maintain high retention
  • Support community events and resident engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous onsite property management experience required
  • Proficient in property management software (Yardi preferred)
  • Conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Fair Housing knowledge is required
  • Reliable transportation and a strong sense of accountability
