What You’ll Do:

• Handle repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)
• Prepare units for new residents
• Perform inspections & preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal
• Respond to on-call emergencies

What You Bring:

• 2+ years maintenance experience (residential or multifamily)
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in all weather, and solve problems quickly
• EPA certification/HVAC license a plus
