Experienced Leasing Consultant

Location: Madison, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday (4 weekdays) 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $20/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms
• Close leases and meet occupancy goals
• Process applications and maintain accurate records
• Utilize property management software for daily tasks

Requirements:

• Property management experience required
• Proficiency with property management software
• Strong closing and sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
