We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community! The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
• Perform maintenance on appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Support and motivate the maintenance team
• Maintain great curb appeal and customer service

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA certification required
• Strong plumbing and electrical skills
• Boiler experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
