Assistant Property Manager

Arvada, CO

$21–$24 per hour

Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM (weekends as needed)

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a 264-unit community in Arvada, CO. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service to residents while supporting daily property operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Handle rent collections, deposits, and related reporting.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Support marketing and leasing initiatives to maintain high occupancy.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Requirements:

• Strong Assistant Property Manager experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
• Professional, dependable, and resident-focused.
