Key Responsibilities

·        Manage property operations within approved financial guidelines and budgets.

·        Drive performance in leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and compliance.

·        Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.

·        Develop and implement resident retention programs.

·        Conduct regular property inspections and ensure quality standards.

·        Handle evictions and delinquent accounts in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.

·        Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office; MRI experience preferred.

·        Knowledge of real estate contracts and leases.

·        Experience with rent collection, G/L postings, and daily deposits.

·        Familiarity with social media platforms for community engagement.
