Experienced Property Manager (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Knoxville, TN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $22/hour

If you have strong leadership skills and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience, we want you on our team! A strong Assistant Property Manager (APM) may also be considered. Start ASAP!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of a 96-unit property
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Property management experience required
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A strong APM with relevant experience may be a good fit
