Porter/Groundskeeper

Location: Valdosta, GA

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds and common areas
• Remove trash and debris from exterior spaces
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure safe and attractive property appearance
• Report any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
