Make Ready Technician

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a fast-paced property management team and help prepare apartment homes for new residents! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys hands-on tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
• Perform basic repairs including painting, patching, and minor plumbing
• Ensure units meet quality and safety standards
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Complete work orders accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Previous make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
