Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community or portfolio
• Lead onsite teams and support leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Drive occupancy, retention, and overall property performance
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting (Yardi preferred)
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and capital projects
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with CA housing laws
• Partner with corporate teams on leasing, marketing, and operational strategy

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Property Management experience (multifamily required)
• Experience managing large or multi-property portfolios preferred
• Strong knowledge of Yardi (or similar property management software)
• Familiarity with California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
