Experienced Leasing Consultant | Framingham, MA | $22/hr | Contract Role | Tues–Sat 10am–5pm

Step into a fast‑paced leasing role where you’ll help prospects find their next home and support daily office operations. You’ll use your customer service, sales, and administrative skills to deliver an excellent resident experience and contribute to occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• To assist with answering phones and emails
• To conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
• To respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally
• To process applications and complete leasing paperwork
• To maintain accurate records in property management software

Qualifications (Required)

• Multifamily/property management experience
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, Entrata, AppFolio, or RealPage
• Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales and closing skills to support occupancy
• Fair housing knowledge
