$18/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Mon–Fri 9:00–6:00 | Sat 10:00–5:00

Join a high‑traffic apartment community where you’ll support tours, application processing, digital leasing tools, and resident relations. You’ll help drive occupancy through strong communication, sales skills, and platform knowledge including Entrada, LeaseAI, and HappyCo.

Job Description

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Process applications and prepare leasing documentation
• Use Entrada and digital tools for accurate data management
• Support marketing, follow‑ups, and sales efforts
• Assist with resident relations and daily office operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Apartment industry leasing experience
• Entrada experience (required)
• Experience with LeaseAI and/or HappyCo
• Fair Housing compliance knowledge
• Market knowledge and strong sales/closing ability to drive occupancy
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays
