Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.44 an hour DOE

Location: Atlanta, GA 30319


Summary

The Tenant Services Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Real Estate Management team. This role assists with tenant relations, vendor coordination, property documentation, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including phone coverage, scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, filing, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain property, tenant, and vendor files such as insurance certificates and lease documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests by working with building technicians and vendors and monitoring work orders.
  • Assist with tenant engagement activities including tenant events, appreciation initiatives, and newsletters.
  • Support rent collection communications when permitted by state regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting by researching service costs and obtaining vendor bids.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly property management reports.
  • Assist with Common Area Maintenance (CAM) invoices and related tenant correspondence.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, including coding invoices and entering them into the accounting system.
  • Perform additional administrative or coordination duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience
  • Ability to handle tenant and vendor inquiries professionally
  • Basic financial knowledge and ability to calculate simple figures (percentages, etc.)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
