BG Staffing is now hiring a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Hampton, VA (23666).

Position Details

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 1‑hour unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities

• Perform routine apartment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Requirements

• Previous apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Reliable transportation and tools (as required)
