Pay: $18.00/hr

Contract Role

Step into a fast‑paced leasing role where you’ll support residents, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional service while managing all front‑office leasing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• To greet prospects, provide tours, and guide the full leasing process
• To follow Fair Housing laws and maintain compliance
• To manage applications, files, move‑ins, and renewals
• To use sales and closing techniques to boost occupancy
• To maintain market knowledge and support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, or similar)
• Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Professional communication and organizational abilities
