Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish‑Speaking)

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45246

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Assignment: Contract to Hire

You’ll be the welcoming face of the community, helping prospective residents find their new home while delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish will be essential in supporting residents and prospects.

Job Responsibilities

• To greet and assist prospects throughout the leasing process
• To close sales and support occupancy goals
• To deliver high‑quality customer service to residents and guests
• To maintain accurate records in property management systems
• To uphold Fair Housing standards at all times

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish required
• Apartment industry/multifamily experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Experience with property management software; Yardi a plus
• Strong communication and sales‑closing skills
• Ability to maintain compliance with Fair Housing
