Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Greensboro. This contract role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who can handle multiple work orders and provide strong A/C support.

Job Description

• Complete daily work orders across occupied and vacant apartment homes
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair A/C systems
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and minor carpentry
• Assist with make‑ready turns as needed
• Maintain safety standards and Fair Housing compliance

Qualifications

• Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Must provide own tools and gauges
• Strong A/C and HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple work orders independently
