Position: Housekeeper – $20/hr 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and common areas 

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents 

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas 

• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property 

• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and overall community appearance 

Minimum Requirements (Must Have): 

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience 

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day 

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards 

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
