Apartment Community – Gary, IN

We are urgently seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our apartment community in Gary, Indiana.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Pay: $19 per hour
• Position Type: Part-time (25 hours/week)
• Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas (mowing, trimming, blowing, weeding)
• Pick up trash and debris around the property
• Assist with light outdoor maintenance as needed
• Ensure common areas and grounds remain clean and safe
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
