Job Description

• To complete work orders and general apartment repairs
• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required)
• To assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• To perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• To maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas

Required Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Ability to use hand and power tools (personal tools required)
• Knowledge of common apartment maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $22/hr
• Contract to hire
