Maintenance Technician I

Location: New Castle, DE

Salary: $18–$22/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical resets, light fixtures)
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and filter changes
• Handle work orders quickly and efficiently
• Perform property inspections and maintain curb appeal
• Support painting, drywall, and minor carpentry projects
• Work alongside senior techs on larger repairs

What You Need

• Basic maintenance or hands-on experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license
