BG Staffing is now hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at premier apartment communities in Columbus, Ohio. If you’re hands‑on, reliable, and take pride in keeping properties running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare vacant units for move‑ins (turns/make‑readies)
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues throughout the community
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• EPA Certification a plus (not required)
• Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
