We’re seeking a dependable EPA‑Certified HVAC Technician—CPO certification strongly preferred—to join a respected property management team known for professionalism, safety, and quality service.

About the Role

As the community’s go‑to HVAC specialist, you’ll handle daily maintenance operations, diagnose system issues, and ensure residents enjoy reliable heating and cooling year‑round. This role offers steady daytime hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system reliability
• Follow all safety standards, EPA regulations, and property protocols
• Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs clearly
• Support general apartment maintenance as needed (CPO preferred for pool operations)

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Required)
• CPO Certification (Preferred)
• Prior HVAC or apartment maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
