🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and appearance of the community. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Preparing apartments for move-ins (turns/make-readies)
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Maintaining grounds and common areas to company standards
- Working closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Following safety procedures and maintaining accurate maintenance records
✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is reliable, motivated, and experienced in apartment or residential maintenance. Ideal candidates will have:
- Prior experience in apartment or building maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service mindset when interacting with residents
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- EPA certification is a plus (but not required, depending on property needs)
