Position Details

• Role: Maintenance Technician

• Pay: $22/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with management and residents

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Proof of auto insurance
• Ability to work on-call as needed
• Maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
