Position Overview

As a Groundskeeper / Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property. This position focuses heavily on grounds upkeep and trash removal, ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily trash pickup and removal throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, parking lots, and outdoor spaces
• Conduct groundskeeping duties across the entire property, including heavy outdoor cleanup
• Assist with keeping dumpster areas clean and organized
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support the property team with general upkeep tasks as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Reliable transportation required to ensure consistent attendance
