Join our team as a Tax Credit Leasing Consultant and help families find quality affordable housing in The Woodlands. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced leasing environment and understands the importance of compliance within Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities.

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and present available units
• Process applications and verify eligibility under LIHTC guidelines
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with all tax credit regulations
• Assist with renewals, recertifications, and annual compliance requirements
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and community engagement
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Handle daily office tasks, phone calls, emails, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in LIHTC / Tax Credit leasing strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of income qualification and compliance documentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
