Floating Maintenance Supervisor – Bellevue, WA (98004)

Pay: $30/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Floating Maintenance Supervisor supports multiple residential properties within the Bellevue area, ensuring all communities receive consistent, high‑quality maintenance service. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working independently while supporting on‑site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across assigned properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining strong communication with property managers and residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and preventative repair opportunities.
• Support turnover of vacant units, including painting, repairs, and preparation for new residents.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide guidance to on‑site maintenance teams when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial property settings.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work independently and travel between properties within Bellevue.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
