Pay: $24/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to support and oversee two apartment communities in Greenville, SC (29615). This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to high‑quality property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance operations across two properties
• Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage unit turns and ensure timely make‑readies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Provide professional communication with residents and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• CPO certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
