What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the community while leading both office and maintenance teams to success.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities
• Develop and execute leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies
• Manage community budgets and financial performance
• Process invoices and oversee vendor relationships
• Prepare monthly operational reports
• Lead and motivate office and maintenance teams
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and renewal goals
• Manage move-outs, collections, and eviction processes
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policy adherence

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous onsite apartment Property Management experience required

✔ Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

✔ Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills

✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support team initiatives
