Pay: $18/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Raleigh, NC (27604). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and ensuring the property stays in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Complete make‑ready tasks to prepare units for move‑in
• Perform basic repairs: painting, cleaning, minor maintenance
• Assist with punch lists and unit inspections
• Support maintenance team with work orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with physical tasks and fast‑paced environments
